One bedroom and office in a 5 bedroom house near Holloway Road is available from the 20th Feb.

The house is situated in a small gated community just off Holloway Road. It’s a 10-15 mixture walk to Archway (Northern), Holloway Road (Piccadilly) and Finsbury Park (Piccadilly, Victoria, National Rail), with buses halving the time if needed. It’s also a 5 minute walk to Upper Holloway Overground, which is convenient for getting to Hampstead heath, but that’s about it. It’s a two minute walk to the nearest bus stop which has regular buses that run along Holloway Road.

The house itself is a four storey townhouse (don’t worry, you’ll be on the first floor) that has TWO (!?) kitchens, four toilets and three showers in total, as well as a separate living room and garden.

Both rooms are of similar size and is great for someone who works from home as the second room can double as an office or as pictured a walk in wardrobe!

We’ve all loved living here as the area has so much to give, being sat so close to the centre of Islington as well as Hampstead and Highgate etc. as well as the convenience of Holloway Road. The landlord is also actually helpful and gets things fixed when needed, which is also a rarity in London.

About us:
We’re four male housemates - Ollie, Fin, George and Sam, all aged 24-26 and we’re looking for another young professional to join our house. Two of us have been in the house for three years now, and we all enjoy hanging out through the week, with regular visits to The Landseer pub (2 min walk) and more of Islington’s finest establishments. We also have a brilliant cafe, Jolene, just a minute walk away on Hornsey road serving the best coffee and pastries this side of the river Thames.

We’re looking for another young professional to join our house, ideally someone that likes to be social and would want to join our exploration of the local cafes and pubs, but also has their own things going on.

We’re very available for viewings throughout the month, and keen to get the ball rolling ASAP.
