I’ve got two rooms available in a lovely 3-bedroom flat. I love this flat and have been living in it for nearly a year with my other two flatmates. However, they are move out while I am wanting to stay, so I’m looking to sign a new flat contract starting 8th April.

Hoping to find flatmates who are clean, respectful and keen to be friends, not just strangers sharing space. I enjoy a friendly vibe in a flat whether that’s chatting after work, cooking together now and then or just relaxing at home.

Bit about me:
I’m originally from Australia and have been in London for about a year now. For work I’m a product designer but outside of that I love doing crafty things, photography, visiting art galleries, a weekend market, pilates and travel.

* Room 1 - £936 month fully furnished besides desk and chair
* Room 2 - £936 month fully furnished besides desk and chair
* Shared bathroom
* Utilities/council tax - roughly £100 a month each

The area:
* 8 mins walk away from Holloway Road Station
* 9 mins walk away from Caledonian Road Station
* 20 min walk away from Highbury and Islington Station (underground and overground)
* Close to buses route 17, 91, 259, 393
* Nearest grocery stores on Holloway Road - Waitrose, Morrisons, Lidl
