Two rooms in four-ben maisonette in Holloway

we’re looking for two new housemates to join us in our four-bed maisonette in holloway/finsbury park area!

rent is £750 per month excl. bills, which normally come out between £90 and £150 depending on time of year/usage.

the flat is in a great location with fantastic transport links:
- 15-minute walk to finsbury park station (victoria & piccadilly line, thameslink)
- lots of regular buses to london bridge, king’s cross, trafalgar square, angel, old street, wood green, etc
- 16-minute walk to upper holloway station (suffragette line overground)
- 20-minute walk to holloway road station (piccadilly line)
- 23-minute walk to archway station (northern line)

our street is right off seven sisters road, so you’re only a short walk away from tesco extra, poundland, savers, sainsbury’s local, morrisons, waitrose, lidl, aldi, iceland, superdrug, boots! there’s also the huge odeon luxe cinema and great pubs, restaurants and cafes.

the flat is from the second level of the house and has two lovely balconies (equipped with a bbq for the summer months), two bathrooms (both with baths and showers) and a large, open-plan kitchen and living room.

these two rooms are on the top floor of the building with one other bedroom and one of the bathrooms. both come full furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and desk chair.

you’ll be living with emily and kira! emily is 24, grew up in stoke-on-trent, and works as an editor at a tech consultancy in liverpool street. she works from home about three days a week but not in the communal areas. she loves music, books, pubs, football (arsenal) and baking. kira is 31, from denmark, and works as a hair colorist in islington 💇‍♀️. she’s (boo) a man city fan who loves movie nights!
