Large room for the summer months in Holloway

Hi there,

We are looking for a flatmate to join us for a couple of months, 25th May -> 25th July, in our Victorian townhouse between the Holloway Road and Finsbury Park.

We have a large, south west facing double room with two large sash windows going spare (approx 3.9m x 4.6m). The house has 4 bedrooms set over 3 floors. There are 3 bathrooms (one very large with a freestanding bathtub), a kitchen, a living room and a front and back garden/patio area.

We are 3 working professionals, 2 in hospitality and 1 in corporate, looking for a relaxed and tidy flatmate to join us. Our schedules are quite different so the house is often quite quiet. We dont have a preference over gender / partners / profession, as long as you are happy with the above and willing to cover the entire period!

Bills will be roughly an additional £160 all in. We will be uploading some new pictures shortly with the room a little more tidy. Have also uploaded some of the rest of the house to give a feel for it.
