3 months sublet only

Hi! My name is Jessica and I’m looking for someone (preferably a girl) to sublet my room while I’m away from May 26th until September 1st. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can stay for the whole period. Please note that the room is only available until September 1st and extensions will not be possible.
The flat is in a very central location on Holloway Road, only a 5-minute walk from the tube station, with great connections to the rest of London.

The room comes fully furnished and you’ll be sharing the flat with one flatmate — he’s very quiet, chill, and mostly keeps to himself.

Rent is £860 per month, bills included. Deposit is also £860.

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and quiet. No couples, no smoking, and no parties at home please.
