The room is very spacious and comes with a storage space. My room is exactly the same size and I have plenty of space for a double size bed, 3 wardrobes, a desk and a sofa, it’s even larger than a studio-flat! It currently is unfurnished, but I can find out whether the agency can provide a bed if you don’t have one.
Sharing space is 3 storage rooms, you’d have your own top floor with the communal areas in between our 2 floors. There’s a toilet and bathroom separated, kitchen with plenty of storage space, oven and a big fridge/freezer.
The whole flat is on the 4th floor and was newly renovated in 2020 - No mouldy walls or damp! The whole building is in a gated area with plenty of green space and garden to relax in. It is not located by any main roads, so tends to be nice and quiet. There is a nice community vibe and the neighbourhood is friendly and safe.
P. S. The pictures shown are my room pre moving-in as my flatmate is currently packing up and getting ready to move out after 5 years in the property! Will update pictures once it is cleared out. The lay out and size is the exact same as yours, unfurnished.

The transport connection is great with Northern line from Tufnell park (15mins walk) or Piccadilly line from Holloway road (20mins)
Great bus lines to absolutely everywhere 5mins away from the flat.

📍Surroundings
Walking distance to Camden, Hampstead Heath, Finsbury Park, Highbury and Islington, Arsenal (stadium can be seen from the room window), Islington high street... Plenty of coffee shops restaurants, big Waitrose, Lidl and Morrisons supermarkets nearby.

I am a professional 30yo trans man with a social life outside of the flat. My home is a place of peace and harmony, it is not a student home or a party house. I work in retail so am not in the flat for the majority of the day and do like to come home to a relaxing safe space.
I am very clean (emphasis on that), organised, respectful and friendly. I expect the same from my new housemate. I like to be social as well as taking my own space to recharge. Communication and respect is definitely key!
I come in a bundle with my tiny furry friend - Diablo - who’s a lovely 6 years old black cat. He’s an absolute sweetheart who won’t ask much from you but little love now and then.
