Room for rent Holloway Road

We’re looking for a friendly, clean and easy‑going person to join our lovely 3 bed flat on Hillmarton Road. You’ll be replacing me as I’m (v sadly) moving out in November to move in with my partner.

The flat is a ground floor flat with separate living room and kitchen and a huge spacious shared garden with patio area. The flat is a 7 minute walk from Caledonian Road tube station and a 7 minute walk to Holloway Road where you’ll find big supermarkets like Morrison and Lidl as well as lots of cafes, pubs and a great odeon cinema. The landlord is always on hand should you need them and we have a really good relationship with them.

The room is bright, quiet and fully furnished. The flat has a spacious living room, modern kitchen.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Anissa and Simi. They are very sociable and love a trip to the pub or a movie night in. Simi is 28 and works in insurance - she works from home a couple of days during the week. Anissa is 28 and a vet nurse so is out at work most days during the week. Both enjoy hanging out together in the evenings as well as weekends and would love someone social to join the flat!

I’ve lived in this flat for 4 years and am so sad to be moving out but I’m moving in with my partner (only down the road because I love the area so much). It is a great flat in an excellent area with great transport links. We will be having viewings end of September with the hope of someone moving in start of November :)

Rent is £750 per month with bills around £200 per month although varies. Deposit is £866.
