Lovely room to rent near Holloway Road station.
The room is a small double with lost of natural light.

You'll be sharing the flat with Ste and Andre. We're both full-time professionals, easy-going and respectful. We like to hang out, occasionally cook together and listen to music, but also enjoy our own time.

The flat has one bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room. We like to keep our rooms and the communal spaces clean and tidy, so we are looking for someone similar.

The area has a great selection of shops (big Waitrose, Morrisons, and great Turkish shop all 2mins walk) and it’s super well connected to the city center via Tube and buses. We're close to King’s Cross, Camden (both 15mins by bus) and Islington (15min walk).

The price for the room is £610 per month, excluding bills, which end up being around £120 per month. No agency fees, it's a private landlord property.

We would be looking for a clean and friendly tenant (similar to our own age, 25-30). The ideal move-in date would be 23 July. If you're interested, drop us a message and we can arrange viewings.
