Double Room in a Friendly 3-bed flat

Hello,

I am a private live-out landlord for this 3 bed flat which has one good sized double room available.

It's located around 7 minutes walk from Holloway Road Tube Station on the Piccadilly line and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop with excellent links to Camden.

I am currently renewing the HMO license so you know the flat is properly registered with the council and up to code (fire safety, up to date electrical checks and minimum room sizes etc).

There are 2 professionals currently renting the other rooms. They are respectful, quiet and friendly. We are looking for someone who would fit in well so please tell me a bit about yourself if you are interested in viewing the flat. One line messages asking for a viewing won't receive a response!

The flat has a bright and spacious living room and good sized kitchen.

Please note the white cabinet and white open storage unit from the photos do not come with the room.

Rent is £650 per month plus bills which average out at around 130pm.
