A big living room with a balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom. Everything fully furnished.
You’d be sharing the flat with only one other person, a PhD student at UCL
Available from Nov 1st (but move in date is very flexible)
680 including all utility bills (except council tax). The broadband is excellent.

Looking for someone relatively tidy, friendly who likes an occasional wine by the tv :)

The room: A really massive double bed with storage drawers underneath, a 3-piece wardrobe and a big chest of drawers, and a small bookcase. The room has a small bathroom (no shower) with a large mirror. It has a radiator and doesn’t get cold in winter as many London flats do! Some of the furniture can be moved around if you don’t want that much storage space in the room..

The flat is fully furnished, fully equipped:
- A large living room with a big sofa, a TV, a dining table and a balcony
- A separate fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher
- A bathroom with a bathtub
- A small storage room
- All rooms are accessed through a hallway which has even more storage space and a large mirror
- Flat on 1st floor. Bikes can be left on the ground floor

Location:
5-7min walk to Archway station (Northern line)
2min to Overground station Upper Holloway
10min bus to Highbury&Islington (Victoria. line)
5min bus to HollowayRoad station (Piccadilly line)

Plenty of shops around – Co-op less than a minute away, Tesco Sainsburys and Aldi all about 5min away.
GP practice on the opposite side of the road. Pure gym 3min away, Better gym 10min away.
Many pubs around, my favourite is an Irish pub with a pint for only £3, just 2min away.

Availability:
From November 1st (upon agreement) but the move in date is relatively flexible. The contract ends in February but will be extended until April and can then potentially again be extended (2month extensions each time)
