Our flat is a warehouse conversion with 5 bedrooms. We have a very large living area which we use as a living room and dining room. We have a large kitchen with two fridges for extra space. We have two bathrooms.

HIGHBURY & ISLINGTON station - 8 mins walk
All bills and wifi included.

£950 per month. First and last month's rent required upfront. You are renting from us so no need for references / proof of employment etc... if you pay the two months you can move in - easy :) Rolling month to month contract.

We are very friendly and easy-going. We cook for each other, watch movies. We love a pint. We have LOADS of board games. Very happy to socialize and have friends over or to stay...
