Large sunny double room to rent in 2 bedroom ground floor flat. The property has a lounge, separate kitchen and shared garden access with the upstairs flat. It is well located to local shops and transportation.

Looking for quiet young female professional flat mate. I am clean and tidy so would like someone similar. Routine-wise I work from home 2-3 days a week so ideally looking for someone who can work around that or works solely in an office. Also the cooking area in the kitchen is small so would be glad to figure out a routine that works for us both for larger meals etc.

I enjoy having a drink and a chat but equally enjoy having my own space to myself. Alongside this I don't mind people coming over occasionally but I would prefer to keep the space ours.

Bills roughly work out to be GBP 130 p/m (internet, council, power, water). Gas bill is received every 3 months.
