Double Room in Beautiful 2-Bed Flat

Hi All!

I am looking for a replacement for my flatmate in this beautiful two bedroom flat. It has an incredible amount of space, light and peace. It also benefits from a balcony, concierge and is only 3 minutes walk away from the Piccadilly Tube Station Holloway Road.

The flat has a huge living space, two bathrooms and all necessary appliances (Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher). You’ll have a furnished double room with plenty of light, drawers and a large wardrobe.

You will be living with a 26 year old creative professional female. I am respectful of the space. With a desire to make the flat feel like home I keep the flat clean, peaceful and neat.

I am looking for someone who equally sees the flat as a place to call home. Someone who respects space and people. Ideally you are a female of similar age. You have to be clean and considerate.

We will do viewings in early and mid April for you to see the space and see if you are a good fit.

The current contract is on a rolling basis and flexible for us to keep as long as we wish.

Bills (Energy, Wifi, Council Tax) are around 225£ on top, with the current energy prices.
