Hello! We are looking for a new flatmate to take over the room we have in a nice and spacious flat near Finsbury Park.
Situated on a green and quiet street, the modern flat offers a huge open plan (110 m2) with recessed ceiling lights, marble surface kitchen, and dining and living area with a TV and two sofas looking out onto a private garden through glass sliding doors. The South facing common area gets plenty of light even in the winter months.
The bedroom comes with double bed, chest of drawers, a huge wardrobe perfect for storage and a desk. The shared bathroom is spacious and the shower has good pressure and plenty of hot water.
There are hundreds of cafes, shops, hairdressers, etc., and cinema a few minutes away on Holloway Road. In terms of supermarkets, the closest ones just a few minutes away are Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express, with a larger Morrisons and Waitrose a 10-minute walk away.
Tube stations (zone 2/3) can be reached within a 10-15-minute walk. The closest ones are Finsbury Park (Victoria/Piccadilly/Trains), Holloway Road (Piccadilly), and Archway (Northern). There are also many bus stops all around.
As for flatmates, we are friendly, clean, tidy and considerate and we'd look for likeminded persons.
