IQ accommodation bronze room. Single bed room, shared kitchen/bathrooms, ALL bills included, STUDENTS ONLY

I have left university as it wasn’t for me, so my room on the Holloway Road is now available. It’s a rolling tenancy so if you want you can renew in August 2024 for the following year or not, up to you.

The good sized Kitchen comes with oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and electric hob and there’s a table and chairs for eating at.

Sharing with 4 other flatmates who are all very friendly and respectful

On the ground floor is a reception with 24 hour security where they can help with any queries.
There is also an on-site Laundry room with 5 washers and 5 dryers

Great location as it’s within 5 minutes of Holloway Road Tube station, only being 2 stops away from Kings Cross making travel super easy, with regular buses running from Holloway road.
Ideal for London Met Uni student, and other uni's accessible by underground.

Opposite to the accommodation is: Lidl, Iceland, Morrisons, KFC , McDonalds and Sainsbury's.
