Hi,

I'm renting out my large and extra bright room (5m x 4.2m) in Holloway Road (N7), a fantastic area.

The fully furnished room has 2 large windows, great sunlight, a sofa, and a comfortable bed. The room is practically a studio. An excellent space for those who work from home with a large desk. Lots of drawers and a great wardrobe. There's also a bike storage. We share a fully furnished kitchen and a recently renovated bathroom, the second bathroom is upstairs. The kitchen has a great washing machine and dryer.

I'm looking for someone clean and quiet. It's not a party house and we prefer non-smokers. Ideally, you should be an active professional or student.
