My flatmate is leaving the flat to live with her partner. So I am looking for someone to share this amazing flat with.

It is a 2 Bedroom flat with 2 bathroom between Finsbury Park, Arsenal and Holloway Road. Well communicated with Victoria line, Picadilly line, National rail and many buses.

The bedroom is becoming available officially on the 28th June.
The apartment has a concierge 24/7 and landlord provides handyman to fix anything quickly.

Big Double room with plenty of space for a desk and storage. The room comes partially furnished ( the desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers are included with the room).
The toilet shown in the pictures will be the one for your own use as I do have mine ensuite.

Storage wardrobe in the hall available to keep luggage, shoes and coats.

The living room and kitchen together makes the house very cosy and warm. It is a very modern kitchen with new oven and fitted kitchen cupboards. There's an extra big fridge and a dishwasher. There is also a terrace where it's lovely to spend time there when the weather allows.

I am half Spanish/ half British professional who works in Healthcare.
I am very tidy, organized and I respect each other's vital space.
I love cooking and baking and always keen to share a glass of wine.
My interests are spend time in nature, travel, books, fitness & yoga.
