Shared areas include kitchen with dining table, separate large communal living area, downstairs wc. Your room has a double bed with storage under, large fitted wardrobe, a bedside drawer unit and wide drawer unit.

The house is to share with other female and male house-mates. The bills are chargeable (gas; electricity; water; council tax; broadband, tv license etc). The amount to budget for these is currently £175.00 per month.

The room is clean and tidy and in a quiet household with other young people. All bill charges are shared and paid equally by each tenant. So you will only pay your share of the total of the bills we have paid during your tenancy.

There is an allocated parking space available for an additional monthly charge.
