I am sadly moving out of my lovely room in Holloway and I’m looking for someone to take over the contract from August 😊
✨ the room
This is a double room in a gated development just off Holloway Road. Second floor with a giant window meaning there's plenty of light throughout the day. The room also has its own shower and sink, with the shared bathroom (including bath) next door. The room comes unfurnished but I’m happy to sell some/all of the furniture currently in the room. The room also has a built in cupboard space, ideal for storage.
We have a kitchen/living room with a balcony and every room is on a different floor so you get a lot of privacy.
Location is great as we’re equidistance from Holloway Road and Archway stations (Piccadilly and Northern lines), there is also a bus stop right outside the building and overground at Upper Holloway a short walk away.
It's a very light flat, with wonderful housemates who are great for a chat in the evening but also have their own things going on, and respect when you need some quiet. We have a great landlord that looks after the property and helps sort out repairs quickly. I wouldn’t be leaving if I wasn’t moving abroad!

Rent is currently at £666 pm paid on the first day of the month. The deposit is £769.23. Bills come to around £150 per month depending on gas&electric. Current contract runs until mid-August, but you can of course stay on. The landlord has confirmed that the rent would be going up to £683.33 for the new contract. We are council tax band F.

Current housemates: Ami (28, junior lawyer) and Tiwa (25, marketing).
We’re looking for someone to stay long-term, ideally 25+ professional to match our working schedules (hybrid workers also welcome). Mix of socialising and having your own space is the general vibe for us.
