Gorgeous room sublet for the month of August

Hey guys, I am subletting my spacious room from the 29th or 30th of July until the 30th of August (we can discuss dates of course).

This is a dreamy flat. You will only be sharing the bathroom with my flatmate Emma as the other bedroom is en suite.

We try to keep a very clean, cozy and tidy flat.

The bedroom comes with a projector, spacious storage (wardrobe will be replaced in July) and a double bed.

The flat is located on the 7th floor and has an amazing view from the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

Holloway Road station is located 1 minute walk from the flat. There is a 24-hour reception and a free gym you can use in the building.

Right in front of the building there are coffee spots, a Tesco and two bus stops that can help you move freely anyplace you like.

Holloway Road station is a 7minute ride from King’s Cross so the apartment is located quite conveniently.
