Lovely room in Highbury

Hello,

We're Hanna and Ollie, a couple sharing a room in this lovely flat in Highbury. We're looking for a new flatmate(s) for the larger bedroom as our current flatmate is leaving the country.

About us:

Hanna (F) 31 — Loves community gardening, the wondrous world of soil microbes and reformer pilates. Also a big dog and book lover. Works for an environmental charity, teaching teachers how to use nature as a classroom. Works mostly from home.

Ollie (M) 31 — Loves a funky bassline, calm mornings and the occasional game of football. Also plays the guitar and gets absorbed in books. Writes climate courses for governments. Works mostly from the office.

When we're at home, we're probably more to the "chill" than the "party" end of the spectrum. That said, we love joking around, having good chats and cooking our meals from scratch.

As we're both from abroad, we sometimes have friends and family staying over. We'd love for you to meet them — and we'd love to meet your friends as well.

About your room:

•⁠ Has a French balcony with a view over the Emirates Stadium

• Comes with a bed, a large closet and a bedside table

About the flat:

•⁠ ⁠It’s very close to Highbury and Islington station (3-5 min walk) and and close to Holloway Road station (8-10 min walk)

•⁠ Highbury Fields is right around the corner

•⁠ On the 4th floor, with elevator

•⁠ ⁠Although it’s very central, the flat is really quiet as it’s situated inside a building complex

•⁠ ⁠It has a lovely living room and kitchen.

•⁠ Safe bike storage

• Monthly bills (incl. council tax band F) are approximately £100 per person
