Sunny 3 bed Flat with two rooms to fill!

Looking for two new housemates in the postcode of N7 in a 3 bed flat

I’m looking for new house mates due to my current housemates moving to the west of London, sadly! They lived here for two years and I’ve been here for one year

The flat is situation in a perfect location off of Holloway Road, with lots of shops, pubs and Finsbury Park walking distance. Available train stations local are: Finsbury Park, Archway, Caledonian Road, Holloway Road with a bus stop situated outside of the house.

The flat comes part furnished, the bedroom has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers but requires a bed.

The sofa / kitchen table and other some other furniture will go with the current house mates but I’m slowly replacing these but if you have furniture that you would like to bring then amazing then that’s a bonus!

Happy for 2 friends to join or for 2 separate people to join

I’m Rhianna, 27 working professional who works as an assistant costume designer in film but currently working in garment technology in fashion for a tailoring supplier, I’m working 8-4 or 9-5 and also stay at my partners in south London 1-2 days a week variable

We have a lovely big kitchen and a good sized living space also, with a separate shower room and toilet room. looking for housemates who are clean and social able but also respect some space 🙂 the place is quite nice and homely space!

Need to fill the rooms by beginning to mid July (7th July)

Bills usually vary between £100-£130 a month including council tax, tv, internet, water, electric
