The house is very clean, well maintained, centrally heated and is always nice and warm. I do not put timing restrictions on the boiler/heating.

A cleaner comes in once a week to clean all the shared areas, a gardener once a month during spring/summer..

The rent of £820 per cal month is FULLY INCLUSIVE, gas, electricity, council tax etc, the only extra being internet which is shared amongst the girls.

The house has a nice homely feel and most girls when they come, stay longer than their initial contracts.

For the summer months there is a nice garden where the girls have bbq’s weather permitting (!!!!!).

I am a registered landlord and the property is licensed to be used as a house share so complies with all relevant health and safety requirements.
