Flat description

Hello,

The description of the room is as follows:

1 single room with a double bed. Recently added a 43inch TV added. WiFi internet 100mbps, room storage with 2 cupboards.

Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room all fully equipped. Living room has a 55 inch TV and a couch which opens and becomes a single bed where the other flatmate sleeps. He works long hours and sometimes from home.

If you choose to move in in August you will have the whole flat to yourself.

Minimum stay is 1 month. You can stay up to 3 months with the option to extend. You should give 1 month notice to leave or to stay.

A deposit is not required if you pay up the rent up front for the month you are staying.

Flat has is in a great condition and location park, shops, gym and tube (1-2 stops from Kings X) all within 5-10 min walk.

Ideally looking for someone quite, flexible, of food character, respectful who does not mind sharing and is not a party animal.

You are in luck because we are getting a brand new bed.
