Single Room in Islington For 24/25 year

Hey!
I'm Suresh (American male, 21) and I live with my flatmate India (British female, 22). I'm in my final year of university and she just graduated. We both identify as lgbt, so we are a very open and friendly household. We're looking for a flatmate who can movie in around the 11th of September and stay for a one year contract.

For furniture, you will have your own room with a double bed, a desk and chair, tall dresser for hanging clothes, and a shorter dresser with drawers. We have a living room that opens up to a kitchen with a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher. We have one bathroom in this flat with a bath/shower combo, so we would all share that.

Our building has an enclosed, locked bike area, so your bike will be safe if you have one! We also have an elevator (so we are disability friendly) and live one floor up in our building. Our building is small and only has 10 flats, so it is relatively quiet and calm.

We're looking for friendly people who don't mind socializing and having a good drink! You obviously don't have to drink of course, but we do consume alcohol in this flat (in case that's a deal breaker). We love board games and watching movies together. We also wanted to point out we're not allowed pets in this apartment.

We are a 5-10 minute walk from Holloway road station, highbury and Islington, and Caledonian station; so we have super easy access to the picadilly and Victoria lines, the overground, and plenty of busses. We are on the boarder of zone 1 and 2.
