We have a lovely and bright double attic room in our 5 bed houseshare, available from the 22nd of August.
Room comes with bed and mattress. Otherwise unfurnished.

The house itself has a shared living room, kitchen/diner, great garden and balcony (a little sun trap for the morning coffee).

This room will be sharing the bathroom with only one other tenant.

The rent includes all bills including:
Council tax
Water
Electricity and gas
High speed wifi
Cleaner every two weeks.

I have lived at the house since 2021 and have loved it here, it's a great spot and great landlord!

Conratct is only being renewed for 6 months.
Viewings will take place over the week commencing 15th July.
