Brilliant room on Hollioway road at a good price

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in this friendly flatshare on Holloway Road. This room will be available on September 22nd.

The Room:

The room is fully furnished. With a bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside table. The room is a decent size and is quiet. The Landlord is friendly and helpful

The Flat:

The flat is a well equipped. With two toilets and one shower. As well as a kitchen /common area which is well equipped with everything you need.

You'll be living with Sarah, Brayden and May. The flat is friendly and social but please be aware that this is not a party house.

The new flat mate:

We're looking to find someone who's easy going, clean and friendly.

We won't be able to take students (landlords requirement)

You will need to prove you are financially capable( income proof X 2.5 of the rent amount £750, one month deposit) and be able to provide proof of employment + right of residence in the UK.

Bills-

£750 with all bills included.
