My two incoming flatmates and I are looking for a clean, tidy and considerate flatmate to complete a happy home :) We really value this space feeling like home, and not a flat share, and like to keep communal spaces clean and tidy at all times.

The flat contains x2 small double bedrooms, x2 large double bedrooms, large living and dining room, kitchen, balcony and additional toilet set over two floors. The flat has brand new quality appliances such as a Samsung washer dryer, new Bosch hob, Zanussi oven and Dyson vacuum. The flat has large double-glazed windows throughout which bring in lots of sunlight and warmth. The block has secure resident-only fob access and is in an exceptional location, with Holloway Rd and Highbury and Islington stations 5 mins walk away (1 stop to King‘s Cross) and also lots of bus routes nearby.

The room has a built in large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, large desk and desk chair and under bed storage.

The local area is lively with lots of supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants - though the flat is located on a quiet street so has the best of both worlds. There is also lots of green space nearby.

Bills are not included in the rent: gas, electricity, water and wifi equal approx. £60 in the winter.
