Hi potential housemates, my name is Evie, I’m a 32 year old gal from Latvia but been living in London for the past 11 years. I found this house 2 years ago and even though it is not the newest, it is very cozy and I want to stay here long term. One of my current housemates is moving out of London with her partner and another 2 are moving in together.

Therefore I’m looking for 3 new housemates. I prefer someone older, who is not gonna treat the house as a party place. Will be reliable to pay the shared bills, clean, considerate of others and mindful of communal spaces.

This is an LGBTQ+ friendly household. I tend to get along with creative, kind people who need some quiet time to recharge their social battery and who want to find a home rather than a hostile, shared house.

Each room is £750 per month, bills not included and shared between all of us. They usually come to £100 and up to £150 in the winter.

2 rooms are available from 7th October(1 room with 1 window and the 2nd with wooden floor)and 1 from 15th September(the one closest to the bathroom)

The contract is for a minimum of 1 year. Looking for long term housemates only.

Please note this house is on a busy road on one side and have downstairs businesses backdoors on the other side, so you'll need to be ok with the street noise.
