4-bedroom flat boasts a spacious, open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with excellent amenities, including a brand-new microwave.

Location Highlights:
Centrally located on Holloway Road, in the heart of Islington, the flat is surrounded by delightful coffee shops, pubs, and supermarkets. It is also extremely well connected, with the Victoria line AND overground just a 5 minute walk away (Highbury and Islington station). The Piccadilly line is also a 7 minute walk away, which gives you access to all of central london within 20 minutes. The bus stop outside of the flat will take you to pretty much any corner of London.

About the housemates:
In their 20s and very easy to live with, clean, and respectful of other people’s space. Working in the music industry, YouTube editing (for a famous YouTuber), and working in Tech (video games).

They are a lovely bunch to live with and I will genuinely miss them! We are preferably looking for someone to replace me that appreciates a chill house! :)

Rent is £950 a month excluding bills which are around £80 a month.

We can only take on those in Full time employment. Hope this is okay.
