Furnished double room

Hey there!
I am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy for the next 5 months till 14th March, 2025. Beyond that you may extend it if you want to.

The tenancy is of a double bedroom, that is part of a cozy 3-bedroom house, with two washrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. The available double room with hardwood floor and neutral colors is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, study table and chair, wardrobe, and a chestnut drawer for storage. You will be sharing a huge washroom with a shower area/bathtub and a WC with one other person.

Our kitchen is equipped with all the essentials – fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The living space is perfect to relax, with two big sofas, a coffee table, a 4-seater dining table, and a TV for those fun movie nights.

Situated right on the main road, we're just a 10-minute walk from both Archway and Holloway Stations. The nearest Overground, Upper Holloway, is a mere 5-minute walk away. There is a co-op and a gym right opposite, and many more amenities and grocery stores like Lidl, Iceland, Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsbury just 8-9 min walk from our doorstep.

Room is ready for move-in starting 15th October 2024 with a minimum tenancy of 5 months. Rent is £920 plus additional bills including electricity, gas, water, wifi and council tax (50 ppm) which will be shared between the three of you.
