Cozy double bedroom in 3 bed flat to rent near Finsbury Park available for late October early November as I’m moving out :-)

You’ll be sharing the flat with Flora and Ellen. Both super lovely, friendly, and tidy. Both have hybrid work schedules.

Flat is a 10 minutes walk to Finsbury Park and Holloway Road Stations with really good bus links into central. Nearby loads of lovely pubs, cinemas, restaurants, gyms, and green space.

The flat has a nice shared living room space + kitchen, shared bathroom with one other flatmate, and a nice little balcony.
Room comes furnished with double bed, two nightstands, wardrobe, and shelf.

Room faces away from the main road to a quiet side road, so there’s minimal noise.

Bills not included but usually come to around 100-120 a month max.
The lease is currently up for renewal so there maybe a slight rent increase starting in November, but it’s unlikely to be more than a 5% increase.
