Double room + Private Bathroom + Gym access

I am renting a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat and planning to get a flatmate for the second room. 2 mins to Holloway Road Station in a secure, gym included apartment complex.

Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gym, 24 hrs concierge.
Room comes furnished and you will have your big bathroom to yourself. Looks bit empty in the pictures but I will add a TV in living room and landlord agreed to buy a new sofa, dining table with chairs.
Bills will be on top of the rent but water is included. I lived in this building before it stays warm during winter. Probably £300-£400 will be total number for the bills. So £150 £200 for each.

There are Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury's very close. It is very easy to travel, Piccadilly line is 2 mins away.

I will be moving in around 7th of December.

About me
I am a 41 years old, computer engineer, Mostly working from home. I am a quiet person, I like cooking, going to gym, eating healthy. Not smoking, rarely drinking.

You
I am looking for probably someone older than mid 30's, quiet, considerate, working professional. I might ask some questions when we meet. I am looking for someone actually I can have a chat with time to time at least.

Please give some basic information like what do you do, do you work from home, do you cook, do you get guests often, when are you planning to move in, do you smoke etc. I like animals so if you have a pet we can still discuss and find out if we can. Maybe I will need to talk to the landlord.

I am not living in the flat yet, there is still time but we can meet and have chat before viewing the room if that works.
