Lovely Flatshare just off Holloway Road

Hello!
We’ve got two double rooms becoming available in our flat in January!

About the rooms:
Room 1: 1000 GBP per month
Comes with the bed, desk, bedside table and a huge wardrobe!

Room 2: 900 GBP per month
This room is small but cozy, people have been able to fit a desk in there!
Comes with the bed and a huge wardrobe too! The bedside table and small coffee table could be discussed.

The two rooms share a spacious bathroom with a bath!

About the flat:
The flat has a lovely spacious open plan living and dining room, and all the basic amenities (microwave, washing machine/dryer, oven, hob, good wifi and a dishwasher).
It's well heated and we like to keep the shared spaces nice and clean.
It's part of an apartment complex with a concierge, basement parking and a small gym.
There is also a bike shed to store a bike if needed!
The new lease will be starting on Jan 17 but there might be some flexibility on the exact move in date. We’re looking for someone to sign on to a 12 month lease with a 6 month break clause. Also to note the agency is pretty flexible with doing name swaps in the contract :)

Extra Fees:
At the moment we pay 125 GBP per person for bills and adjust accordingly based on the time of year.

The Flatmates:
Rhia (F23), works as a Video Designer for theatre and live events and mostly works in the office. She spends most of her time climbing, adventuring outdoors and playing board games with friends.

Krissy, (F25), works as a Software Engineer hybrid mode, a bit of a gym rat, loves the occasional movie nights, dance classes, board games night, day trips outside of London when the weather allows.

About the area:
The flat is located a 2 minute walk from Holloway Road station, 10 minute walk to Caledonia Road Station and a 15 minute walk to Highbury and Islington station so it is very well connected! There are loads of shops, tesco (5 minute walk), aldi, waitrose and a lidl all within a walking distance. There's plenty of gyms, restaurants and shops along Holloway road (and a cinema!)

About you:
We’re looking for a fellow professional (sorry students), who will help keep the place clean and cozy and treat it like a home! A bonus if you want to join in on boardgame night 🙂
We are looking for a female/non-binary around a similar age range 20s - early 30s who is a non-smoker.
