I am subletting my room at IQ arcade accommodation(N7 0RY) from july 1 to September 5. (Can be flexible on dates)
The room comes equipped with a comfy single bed, a wardrobe, drawers, shelves with plenty of storage, and a study desk and chair — perfect for students or professionals.
You’ll share a fully equipped kitchen and two toilets and an additional bathroom with four friendly flatmates.
The building is home to around 370 students, with regular social events that make it easy to meet new people and make friends.

The building is located in a vibrant and safe neighborhood with excellent transport links. It’s just a short walk to bus stop and an underground station (Piccadilly Line), giving you quick access to Central London and major universities. You’ll also be surrounded by shops, cafes, and everything else you need for comfortable city living.
