Double room going in a bright, tidy and sociable house in Finsbury Park. Down the road from arsenal stadium. 2 bathrooms, 3 floors, big living and kitchen rooms. Bills add roughly £90-£110 on (around £40 council tax then WiFi, gas, electric and water).

About the room:
Double room next to the kitchen and living room. Located on the first floor, opposite the second bathroom. Downstairs is the entryway and the first bathroom, upstairs is 3 remaining rooms. Whole video of flat available upon request.

Furnishings included for the room: bed & mattress, wardrobe, larger chest of drawers which current occupant has placed inside wardrobe but which easily fits in the room if taken out and another smaller set of drawers.

About Us:
We are 3 girls looking to find a 4th so we can renew our house for another year as our friend is moving out to live with her boyfriend. We are a vey social house and enjoy baking, yapping, watching movies and going out to a comedy show occasionally.

Gabi - 24 year old Romanian working within the NHS.
Mae- 24 year old Northern lass working in the film and tv industry.
Lauren- 24 year old analyst working in a professional services firm.
