Sadly my flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in our 2 bed flat in Archway (on Holloway Rd)

* Nearest tube: Archway (Northern line 2 min walk away) & Upper Holloway (Overground 2 mins walk away too)
* Rent: £1175pcm exc. bills (bills come to approx £150/ month each)
* Islington council tax D
* Note: the lease only recently got renewed and is only until mid May however I would be looking at extending this as I love the flat. The landlord v reasonable so there shouldn’t be any issue w this
* Move in: 20th Sept (give or take)

A bit about me: I just turned 30 and, originally from Belfast. I work in marketing (2/3 days in office, the rest wfh), usually I’m out and about seeing friends a few evenings a week and on the weekends. Other than that I’m into running, music, coffee, Pilates, cooking, wining & dining

I’m looking for someone in a similar stage of life (age 27-35); and ideally someone I can be friendly with, grabbing dinner/ drinks and have nights in together here and there, but also do our own thing and respect each others privacy/ space.
