Hello! I’m looking for a new tenant to take my place and join my current flatmate in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment on Holloway Road N7 6EE. the Flat is just a short walk from Holloway Road station (Piccadilly Line) and a 19 minute walk from Highbury and Islingtion station, 10 minute walk from Drayton Park Station and Finsbury Park Station, well connected with buses too!

About the flat:
• Rent for the small bedroom (see pictures): £1050 pcm + bills (around £60 each per month).
• the flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom, spacious living room, kitchen (fully equipped)
• Currently furnished in the photos and during viewings, but all furniture will be gone before move-in — the flat will be unfurnished. You’ll need your own bedroom furniture (apart from the mattress), and you can discuss shared furniture for the living space with my flatmate.
• Quiet residential street but close to Holloway Road’s shops, cafés, and transport links.
• Accessibility: The flat is on the first floor of the building and accessed by stairs. There is no elevator.

Council tax around 245/m for working professionals. Waves for students.

About my flatmate:
Her name is Rawda, a queer Egyptian and a PhD student in Gender Studies at LSE. Her weekdays are usually busy with writing and deadlines, so she values a calm, clean home to come. She is sociable and friendly but also very respectful of personal space. She'd love to live with like-minded people who share progressive, queer-friendly values and who want to build a comfortable and supportive home together; not just a place to sleep.

Who we are looking for:
• Women, trans, or non-binary folks preferred.
• Ideally a professional or postgrad student
• Clean, considerate, and friendly.

Move-in date: From 1 November 2025 (flexible by a week or so).

Tenancy: You’d be signing a new contract with the agency (standard referencing applies).

Viewings: From September 17th, evenings and weekends preferred.

I have lived in this flat for 3 years now, and I can assure you that it has a very calming energy.
