Sadly our two lovely flatmates who have lived here for 3 years and 4.5 years have both decided to move abroad so we have two rooms up for grabs.

This charming two-storey house has a huge private garden, a cozy shared living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located on a quiet residential street, it’s just a 5min walk from Holloway Road station (Piccadilly line) and 2 min from bus stops. Nearby stores 2-5 min walking include Waitrose, Morrisons, Lidl, Sainsbury’s and numerous grocery stores, restaurants and cafes.
The house has also a bike storage, making it ideal for bike owners.

Expenses for household items are shared.

Who we are looking for:
Someone who is sociable, clean and respectful. All of these rooms are for single working individuals only (no couples). Preferably you work hybrid/ are office-based. LGBTQ friendly household.

• £750/month
• Move-in: 17/10
Located on the ground floor, the cozy room is furnished with a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will be sharing the bathroom with just 1 other housemate.

🛏️ Room 2 (en-suite):
• £1,200/month
• Move-in is possible starting from 11/10 but no later than 17/10
An en-suite on the 1st floor with your own balcony overlooking the garden. Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelves. Storage included.

💷 Rent and bills:
Bills (electricity, water, council tax, internet) are around £120/month (subject to usage).

Minimum commitment is 6 months with the current term ending in Jan 2026. Rent will be reviewed at the beginning of the year. Ideally you’d be someone who is here for the long run.

👤👤 About us:
We are two girls (28 and 31 yr old) who work in law and films. We lead pretty busy lives during the week and typically WFH ~3 days a week so we like to keep the house calm and neat, that said, we are also pretty sociable, keen to make time for each other and are always up for a chat after work. We’re both quite chatty and easy-going.

Interests include football, music, tv and film, baking, events and general socialising.
