Double bedroom in Islington, includding a study room in our lovely flat is up for grabs!

🏡 The place
It is the perfect home: split level, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large roof terrace and separate living room and kitchen. The room includes an additional separete room to work or have guests!

🚪 Your room
It’s on the first floor, with very sunny windows looking over the terrace. We rent the place unfurnished. You will share the bathroom with Anouk.

It is available from mid-November, for 1300 per month, and bills (incl. water, energy, internet, council tax) come around 150 per month.

📍 The location
On Holloway Road: there is everything you need nearby: shops (Lidl and Morrison right in front of the house, Waitrose 1 street away), restaurants, cafes, and Highbury fields is quite close if you want to spend a day in the park. Holloway Road station for the Piccadilly line is 5 minutes’ walk form the flat, but you can also reach Highbury and Islington or Finsbury Park stations quite easily.

Your future flatmates 💃🕵🏻‍♂️
Anouk and Mateo moved here betwen July 2024 and April 2025, and it’s been a blast! Anouk is working in Public Health, and Mateo is also a research fellow at UCL. Anouk works from home 2-3 days a week while Mateo goes to the office every day unless it's very cold. In the house we speak a mix of English-French-Spanish.
We envision a flat share where we can share moments together over a glass of wine or a movie, invite friends over for dinner and barbecues sometimes, but also have our own thing going on, be respectful of each other.

About you ✨
We prefer a girl (as you'll be sharing the bathroom with Anouk) between 26ish-35ish.
