I’m moving out of my flat at the end of the year as I’ll be moving in with my partner, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 10th January (fairly flexible with this) until 9th September (with the option to renew if you’d like!).

- New build - 2nd floor flat with lift
- 2 bed / 1 bath
- Bills around £150 per month
- Council tax band E
- 10 min walk to Finsbury Park Station and 15 min to Holloway Road Station and Drayton Park (also close to Highbury & Islington and King’s Cross)
- The building has a 24-hour concierge, so you’ll never miss a delivery!

🛏️ About the room:
- Furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and desk

👯‍♀️ You’ll be living with:
- Andrea (27): works in marketing and loves cooking, dancing, and pilates
- You’ll also be sharing the flat with her two adorable cats, Pretzel and Socks - they usually nap in Andrea’s room but wander about during the day.

💫 Who we’re looking for:
- A sociable, clean/tidy working girl in her mid–late 20s or early 30s. No couples please (and no students, though postgrads may be considered).
