I'm looking for a tenant for midweek occupancy.

If you're friendly and sociable that's great. Happy to hang out but equally respectful if you want your own space.

All bills bar council tax included. Property is band E in Islington borough. Rent is negotiable. I can be flexible to make the arrangement work for you, e. g. I can buy a smaller bed + mattress for the bedroom if you want to fit a desk in there too. The room is 5.4m x 2.9m.

I am a young professional and work in the West End.

The flat is 10/15 mins walk from Finsbury Park station (Victoria and Piccadilly lines as well as Overground run through the station. Finsbury Park is only 2 stops away from King's Cross.
It is 15/20 mins walk or a short bus journey from Archway station (Northern line).
It is also 15 mins walk from Crouch Hill or Upper Holloway stations (Suffragette line).

The flat has secondary window panels installed which effectively reduce noise from outside so being on a busy road is not a problem.

The flat and all its appliances are modern. Happy to show you the flat over a video call or for you to come round in person to see it and meet me. The pictures on the listing of the kitchen/dining/living room are from when I first moved in earlier this year so there is some more furniture and decorations now.

The neighbours are quiet and friendly. The neighbourhood is also safe and has plenty of options for food, drinks and shopping.

About me: when I'm not busy with work, I enjoy travelling, exhibitions, exercise, gigs/festivals (various music types, jazz, rock, indie...), reading and learning about art, history and different cultures. I also enjoy decorating the flat, socialising with friends as well as meeting new people, trying the many cuisines and bars London has to offer.
