Islington Double Room Sublet

Subletting my gorgeous double room in an Islington townhouse from approx 25th Nov - 10th Jan (flexible on dates).

The house is on a quiet road and close to multiple stations - 2 mins from Drayton Park (Network Rail, 5 mins walk from Holloway Road Station (Piccadilly) & 10 mins from Highbury and Islington Station (Victoria, Overground). Sharing with 5 others (4 girls, 1 boy) over 4 floors with a lounge/dining room and separate kitchen, two bathrooms and a garden.

The flatmates are all in their 20’s and it’s important to them to get on with whoever they live with - we’re all really tight knit but are very understanding of personal space. We love having dinners, movie nights and a good old gossip.

The room will come with a built in wardrobe, double bed, shelving unit, mirror and chest of drawers and is perfect for a young professional who needs something short term.

The price is sadly non-negotiable as it includes all bills, council tax and a bi-weekly cleaner (who always does an amazing job!!). An ideal flatmate would be a creative who is social and sweet. No couples and no pets.
