Looking for a replacement tenant as I’m dropping out of university :)
Student accommodation- AXO Islington
I’m moving out end of January- date can be negotiable.
Current Tenancy contract ends 29/08/2026.

Current flatmates: 7
Shared kitchen- wide and spacious, 2 fridges, 2 hobs, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, multiple cupboard storage spaces
Everyone is super friendly, and we all keep the kitchen clean.
Cleaning occurs once a week.

Room: Ensuite, toilet included
4th Level, flat has lift for easy access.
Bed is larger than single
Spacious desk
Multiple storage spaces, more than enough room for 2 big luggages.

I can also leave some of the living necessities- kitchen utilities, beddings etc. for you if you’d like.

Holloway Rd area- lots of shops- food, living utilities, etc. nearby!
Sainsbury’s just across the street;
Iceland, Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose within a 10min walk!
Bus stop just outside the accommodation building which can take you closer to central London!
