My flatmate is moving out and I'm on the hunt for somebody new to move into this gorgeous first floor flat, located between Archway and Finsbury Park. Ideally you'd be signing on to a new 12 month lease, but I'm open to other offers as well.

I've happily been here for 3 years, the bedrooms are really spacious and we get a lot of light on all sides being on the first floor. The living room is a really nice sociable space that we've really made our own, the kitchen is down a small set of stairs, so it's a little separated, as is the bathroom.

The room comes unfurnished except for a bed frame, meaning plenty of space to make it your own. Bills come to around £350 per month including council tax (we're Band D), utilities and broadband.

As for who lives here: I'm Kathy! I am 33, female and originally from south east London. I work full time (Mon-Fri) in the city running a coffee shop (you best believe there are sweet perks to this) so CRUCIALLY I'm not at home during working hours. This room is really perfect for anyone working from home most days, you'll have the gaff to yourself. I also live a sociable and active lifestyle so I'm often out in the evenings and weekends as well.

I really want to find someone to drink a coffee with on a sunday morning, maybe share a dinner or get a pint at The Landseer (our esteemed local) on occasion, but who equally values their own space and independence.
