Double room available in pretty two bed flat

Hi! I am moving out and looking for a flatmate to replace me.

The flat is big and gets a lot of natural light during the day. It is on the top two floors of a terraced house. The downstairs neighbours are friendly and helpful. The flat has a living room/dining room, a separate kitchen, a shared bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The bedroom is spacious, with a double bed and a desk which is great for working from home. It is a quiet room as it is at the back of the house. The living room is great for hosting dinner parties or relaxing at the end of the day.

My flatmate is a 25 year old girl who works in private equity. She is super friendly and a very easy person to live with!

Rent is £1325/month, excluding bills.

The flat is well-located, being close to good public transport and nice restaurants/cafes. It is a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park tube (Victoria line and Thameslink) and a less than 10 minute walk to Holloway Road tube (Picadilly line). There are also lots of bus routes nearby. Shops-wise, there is a big Morrisons and a Waitrose 5 minutes from the flat, as well as a Tesco Express 2 minutes away. The Roasting Shed (a very nice coffee shop) and Jolene (a fun restaurant) are 5 minutes away and there is an affordable gym opposite the flat.

I am looking from someone to replace me and can be flexible in terms of timings. The room is available from the start of February until latest end of March. Our current lease is set to expire in early October 2026.
