Small double room available from Jan 5th - 28th, bills included.
Excellently located near Highbury Islington station for connectivity around the city (can get to Brixton in 40 mins or central/east in 20 mins). The surrounding area is lovely with lots of nice cafes and pubs, great area for running too if you're into that.
My current flatmates are super lovely and welcoming. They love a chat but are also respectful so if you'd like your own space that's totally fine too! We keep the house quite tidy so there'd be an expectation of you doing the same.
If you're interested for the entire time listed (05/01-28/01) that's great, if it's only for a portion then we can work out a pro rata rate. I'm posting this quite late so do get in touch even if it's only for a shorter time, you might get lucky. My flatmates are keen to meet anyone prior to moving in so if you're keen we'll sort some time for you to view the flat and meet them.
