3.5 month sublet in lovely garden flat

A large double room in a spacious and beautiful garden flat is available to sublet from 1st Feb to mid-May.

You’ll be subletting from me, Esperanza (26, F), as I am going abroad for work for three months. The room is really great, I’ve been living here for over a year and love it! It gets plenty of light and looks onto the garden - which is delightful, with vegetable and flower patches and table seating.

I’m looking for someone conscientious and clean to take care of my room while I’m away. The furniture in the room includes chest of drawers, bed, large wardrobe, a tall cupboard, a bedside table and my Grannie’s antique writing desk. All these (except the desk) will be empty for you to use, as I’ll keep my things in boxes under the bed. The plants will not be included as Arian (see below) will be taking care of them.

You’ll be sharing the home with my two housemates, who are also young professionals. Arian (31, M) is an Austrian lawyer working in AI and is preparing for his second marathon (crazy). Louis (25, M) is a British historian currently working in fancy retail, and he brings home the cheeses to show for it!

We’re a very social house, enjoying gardening, watching movies, and having dinner together. We’re outdoorsy and enjoy art and literature, especially over a glass of wine :) We have a rota to share responsibilities of maintenance and cleanliness around the house.
