Double en-suite for couples!

Hey! We’re Marni(26, they/them) and Alice( 22, she/her) . We’re looking for a couple to take over our current flatmate’s double en-suite room!

We would really like to find people who are looking for a more long term place to make a cozy home. We’re also ideally looking for a Queer couple ( but allies are welcome).

I work as a chef and Alice works in marketing. We’re both into all things Queer art, film and books :)

📍where : great location with easy access to central. The house is easy to get to with a 17 minute walk from Finsbury Park Station, Holloway Road Station and Archway Station (Thats Victoria, Piccidilly, Northern lines and Thames Link). 25/30 mins bus journey from central London!

☕️Area: off the main road with Loads of charity shops, supermarkets ( Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose all super close by), restaurants and cafes as well as an Odeon and Nags Head Market close by.

💸 rent: £1415 (£707 each for a couple )
Bills: £70 a month each ( assuming there's 4 people living here)

🏠Room : furnished, double en-suite

🚿Amenities : toaster, microwave, kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine
