1 double room available in Holloway from Feb 7th

We have 1 double room becoming available from February 7th in a lovely 4 bedroom house in Holloway Road.
It is an amazing location, 8 min walk to Holloway Road underground, 15min walk to Finsbury Park station and 20min walk to Highbury&Islington overground. Great bus connections too.
Lots of shops around like Lidl, Morrisons and Waitrose.
Rent is £750 per month + bills that vary from 100-160 depending on the season. We all try to keep them to the minimum so would be great if you’re on the same page (e. g switching off the lights promptly, not running the heating 24/7) The contract is for a minimum of 1 year. As the current housemate is leaving early it will be a tenancy takeover, which means there will be an agency fee to pay to be put on the contract. Looking for a long term housemate only. 🫶
We are looking for someone friendly, considerate and responsible. Someone who looks after the house, is clean and mindful of communal areas. A lovely soul who is happy to have a chat but also content to do their own thing. Emotionally mature and able to calmly talk things through if any issues arise. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly household.
Not suitable for couples or party/noisy people. This is a home to relax and recharge in not a crash pad 😁. Occasional visitors are welcome as long as others are ok with that and your guests are considerate of others.
